Withdrawals to verified accounts are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM Western Indonesia Time). VIP members receive priority processing. We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks for large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.
bk2000 does not charge withdrawal fees for verified accounts making withdrawals above the minimum threshold. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control.
In compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations, we require that withdrawal requests be made using the same payment method as the corresponding deposit where possible. Funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal (i.e., you cannot deposit and immediately withdraw without placing any bets). We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transactions and may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and are clearly stated in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before the bonus and any winnings can be withdrawn.
Different game types contribute different percentages toward bonus wagering requirements:

While clearing bonus wagering requirements, there is a maximum bet limit of Rp 50,000 per bet or game round. Placing bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
bk2000 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, collusion with other Players, and any other activity we deem to be undertaken in bad faith. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and may face permanent account closure.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited, and only your deposited funds and winnings from those deposits (not exceeding the deposit amount) will be processed.
All bets are subject to acceptance by bk2000. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly if we suspect irregular betting activity, syndicate betting, or potential match-fixing. Once a bet is confirmed and a confirmation number is issued, it becomes a valid transaction between you and bk2000.
All sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets will generally be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Specific rules apply to different sports and bet types; please refer to our comprehensive sports betting rules for details on football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, badminton, and other sports.
Live or in-play betting odds are subject to rapid change based on real-time game developments. There may be a slight delay between real-time action and odds updates. We reserve the right to void bets if there is clear evidence that a bet was placed with knowledge of the outcome (e.g., due to stream delay advantages).
All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. If an error results in credits being mistakenly added to your account, you must notify us immediately. Any winnings derived from error-credited funds will be forfeited.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our platform is error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use our services at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bk2000 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Any active bonuses will be forfeited. We may take up to 48 hours to process account closure requests.
If your account remains inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months, we may classify it as dormant. Dormant accounts with remaining balances will incur a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the balance, whichever is less. You will be notified by email before any fees are applied.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities. In such cases, we will refund any undisputed balance in your account, less any amounts owed to us.
